Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.

Conditions for returns:

  1. The order must include all appropriate parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  2. The product must show only normal handling; damages due to careless handling are excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days and acknowledged officially within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to: support@solvaneboutique.com

  • Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product if damaged

    • Your full name

    • Your shipping address

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.


Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for non-commercial purposes, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) received the last item.

  • As orders are processed automatically and shipped immediately, cancellation before shipment is not possible.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@solvaneboutique.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

  • The withdrawal is effective once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If goods are in transit from Asia, cancellation is not possible until you receive the goods. You can inform us in advance about cancellation.

  • Please send us shipping confirmation to speed up the return process.


Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for extra costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method). Refunds will be made without undue delay, and at latest within 14 days of receiving notification and the returned goods.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for refunds.


Important

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
